Peng CaiE (CaiE George) was born and raised in Guangzhou, China where she learned the “art of cooking” authentic Cantonese food and the “skill of painting” traditional Oriental scenes. CaiE’s Oriental Café reflects the great culture of CaiE’s hometown in a relaxed Cantonese style atmosphere. Eat CaiE’s delicious dim sum which is handmade daily by a “dim sum master” from Guangzhou at CaiE Foods' (www.CaiEFoods.com) commissary in Sparks. Experience the authentic Oriental flavor of her sauces, soups, and dishes that are cooked and prepared by experienced Oriental chefs.
